Most of HMV’s investments have been acquired with capital provided by our family’s capital resources without partners or investors.
Since 1985, the HMV principals have acquired over $300 Million in real estate assets including multifamily, SFR, office, retail, industrial, a golf course community, hotels, farms and development land.
HMV Land Assembly holds fee title to approximately 1,700 acres in a 5,300-acre master planned development located in the awe-inspiring Teton Valley within Teton County, Idaho, only 50 miles away from Jackson, Wyoming.
